Event Photography
Event photography coverage includes one professional event photographer providing coverage of your special event. I will concentrate on capturing the required images per your scope, and the important details and candid human interaction of people having a great time and enjoying the moment. Let me know what matters the most and I will capture the moments, the VIPs, branding, and create impactful images that shows the essence of your story for your celebration, brand, and marketing. I will risk my ass to create images of those lively and gregarious people having way too much fun at your parties and celebrations or trying not to distract the highly focused individuals intoxicated from excessive knowledge being absorbed at your conference or corporate event to capture that stunning image from a unique perspective.
Event Photography Session fee - Starting at $160/hour (pending scope)
Minimum two (2) hours of photography coverage
Additional cost for posed large group images (pending scope)
Event photography pricing is based on an individual photographer to provide candid photographic coverage of your special event. I have the capability to cover small to medium size events (up to 500 people). Larger events (over 500 people, breakout sessions, workshops, etc.) may require an additional photographer(s) to make sure everything is documented.
The event photography session includes your project’s required high-resolution, minimal retouched, digital JPEG images for your personal and business branding, and license use. All the images captured during your event will be on a private online gallery for you and your event participants to view, share, order prints, and digital images for a limited time.
You will receive your high-resolution retouched digital JPEG images on a private online gallery in 1 to 3 business days. Depending on the size of the event and images required. Additional requested retouching available at an additional fee (depending on the retouching requirements and number of images).
